- two handful of almonds (might be good to soak it in water for a few hours)
- a handful of dates
- a few cashew nuts
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
* optional : you can add a bit of oatmeal if the dough is too soft or sticky
* for decoration : raisins + cashew nuts + goji berries
Mix all ingredients until you get a uniform dough and let it cool in the fridge for a bit. Afterwards spread the dough, decorate it with the dry fruits and cut some small cubes, or rectangulars , or whatever shape you prefer.
